Brno Centre for European Studies (BCES)
BCES co-ordinates interaction between Brno universities in the field of European education and works in partnership with organisations in Europe. Its aim is to co-ordinate proposals for European education programmes at Brno universities and to create an educational and fact-finding basis for the development of a general awareness of a united Europe and the development of knowledge about the European Union for various target groups.

Tourist Authority South Moravia
The tourist authority co-ordinates the development of tourism in South Moravia with an emphasis on the maximum exploitation of the tourist potential of the area in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. Its aims include the creation of a competitive tourist destination, an increase in the number of tourists and to lengthen their stays, thereby increasing the economic yield from tourism.

Eurocentrum Brno
The Eurocentrum is an information centre to which people may come with queries regarding the European Union, and provides information on the EU both to the public and to specialists, offers a wide range of information material and a large number of additional services for those interested in gaining a deeper knowledge of the European Union and aspects of the Czech Republic's membership of the EU. The aim of the Eurocentrum is also to support the awareness of the Czech public and to encourage interest in and public debate on European Union themes.

Information Centre Europe Direct (ISDED)
The aim of the EUROPE DIRECT network of information centres is to offer the public throughout Europe an integrated and user-friendly information tool on the EU. The centres have the function of an intermediary between the EU and its citizens at a local level. The task of the centres is to distribute information and recommendations regarding EU policy and to actively support discussion on the European Union at both local and regional levels. It allows European institutions to distribute local and regional information and gives the public an opportunity to provide the EU institutions with their feedback.

South Moravian Innovation Centre (JIC)
The aim of the JIC is to create a complete infrastructure for the support of innovative business in the South Moravian Region and to become a leading provider of support to start-up innovative companies in Europe. JIC supports innovative companies, science and research and students with ideas, and provides money, advice, contacts and premises for them.

South Moravia Regional Development Agency (RRA JM)
The RRA JM is active mainly in the preparation of EU structural fund projects, support for direct investment in the region, selected information services, administration of the Disposition Fund as part of the INTERREG III A Initiative, development of an environment for the advancement of innovation, development of cluster initiatives and support for the regeneration of brownfield sites. The aim of the RRA JM is to help regional development within the South Moravian Region. The RRA JM provides services to bodies active in the public sphere with an emphasis on entities in the South Moravian Region and other parties interested in holding consultations in the field of regional development.

Regional Cohesion Council for the South-East
For the 2007-2013 period the regional council is the governing authority for the South-East Regional Operation Programme. It is responsible for all activities related to the management of the programme, consultation and collection of projects, their evaluation, implementation and supervision.

Viniculture Fund
The task of this fund before accession of the Czech Republic to the EU was to support the planting and renewal of vineyards, and also to support the promotion of wine sales. Today it exclusively supports the marketing of wine, the development of wine tourism and provides information to the public about viniculture and wine-making. The viniculture fund operates on a similar basis to organisations in other wine-growing countries in Europe.

Regional Chamber of Commerce Brno
The Regional Chamber of Commerce Brno represents the interests of the business sphere. Its main task is the support of business activities with the exception of agriculture, food processing and forestry, the promotion and protection of the interests of and support for the requirements of the chamber members.

Cebre - Czech Business Representation to the EU in Brussels
The task of Cebre is to present and defend the Czech business community before and after accession of the CR to the EU in Brussels. Cebre provides businesses with information about EU rulings and laws for each branch, organises direct contacts with European Union bodies and provides information about the range of all EU support programmes for the Czech Republic.

Czechinvest - Investment and Business Development Agency
Czechinvest endeavours to strengthen the competitiveness of the Czech economy by supporting small and medium-sized businesses, the business infrastructure, innovation and by obtaining foreign investments from the fields of manufacture, strategic services and technology centres.

CzechTourism
The primary aim of CzechTourism is the presentation of the Czech Republic as a desirable and attractive tourist destination, and to promote national tourism products in the public perception.

Czechtrade – Czech agency for the support of trade
The task of the agency is to help Czech exporters, especially SMEs, to become established in international markets and develop their export activities. The main benefit of their work is the facilitation of their entry to international markets, and the resulting time and cost savings.

Czelo - Czech Liaison Office for Research and Development in Brussels
The main task of CZELO is to facilitate the successful integration of Czech research into European research co-operation programmes, especially by means of research and development framework programmes. The office provides its services free of charge to researchers from all fields and development organisations in the Czech Republic.

Czech Centre in Belgium
The Czech centres are a contributory organisation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, and their mission is to create a favourable and all-round image of the Czech Republic abroad. The activities of the Czech centres are concentrated mainly on culture and education, provide support for Czech language courses and present the Czech Republic as an attractive country for tourists to visit.

Embassy of the Czech Republic in the Kingdom of Belgium
The Embassy monitors the domestic political development and foreign policy of the Kingdom of Belgium and concentrates on possible areas of liaison for co-operation with the Czech Republic.
