The purpose of the photographs was not to document the meetings nor cultural heritage of the South Moravia. It was rather an attempt to depict the atmosphere of the concrete meetings and put them to the context of our region. This series of pictures has an ambition to be a proof after the Czech presidency of this atmosphere and proof of mutual relations appearing during the presidency.
The exhibition is organised by the South Moravian Region and it is held under the auspices of the permanent representative of the Czech Republic to the European Union H.E. Milena Vicenová. It was opened by the political representatives of the South Moravian Region Jiří Altman, Marek Juha and Daniel Borecký and it was also opened by MEP Zuzana Brzobohatá. During the vernissage was presented Local Action Group Moravian Karst, that is supported by EU funds, and the opportunities of congress tourism in the South Moravia.
The exhibition is opened to the public till 22nd February 2010.
